Iam a married women from the last one year iam living withy parents because my in laws cheated me by sending me home. And iam not in my husband's contact and also he is having an affair outside marriage. So can I mention about his affair and I don't want to live with him .. Can I say I don't want to live with him.
File a maintenance case against him or a case of restitution of conjugal rights in the family court. He will appear in the court. After that it will be upon you to decide the further path.
