What are the grounds for filling Contested Divorce ?

I am a Christian lady married to a Hindu man since 18 yrs,but not converted my faith.I am a working lady But my husband was not working or supporting me or the kids till last 5 yrs.Now that he is earning but doesn't support ,morever very doubtful nature & gives all of us severe mental tensions.Can I file a divorce on the basis of mental torture ?Is there anything else that can be done?what are my rights as a women in this case?Plz advice
You can file domestic violence case, and ask for divorce, and ask for share in the husbands property, for that you must have supporting evidence to support your claim what other allegations do you have against your husband..? depending on that you can lead.
