No documents required in dv case. Only required is to prove the case of domestic violence which you are going through. You should prove the case by complaints made against your inlaws in any police station.

First file complaint nc to police of any assult if any by whom.
Keep record of it if you sustain injury then medical certificate the income and property papers of your husband .
Now go to protection officer and file complaint against your husband and in-laws seeking maitainance separate residence .and order that they should not enter your house.
