What are legal rights when husband torturing mentally and physically

Sir since 5yrs back i got married to one of my far relative who works in dhl..my husband is v.much money minded..he wants me to take share in my father property..as i have no brothers and have got only sister who is unmarried..and rent is the only source of income for my father to run a family..i have two children..always he and in laws quarrel with me and put outside the house..they use to abuse my parents and sister on this issue always .even my husband beat me v.badly everytime in front of his parents..really i cant tolerate this any more .they era all not human beings..so what i can do on this issue..how to get proof to prove their inhuman acts..help me..iam hindu

The problem that you shown here itself is amount to mental cruelty. you have two option. In case if your want protection for life your can proceed with by filing the case under the provision of D V Act. The facts itself clear that you are facing mental as well as physical crustily.
Divorce is the last option. Because it is your decision to continue with the spouse or not. If you decided to take separation and to live peaceful life, you can proceed by filing divorce petition.
