In case you don't appear in the court in the above-mentioned case, there are chances as per law that you will be declared Proclaimed Offender. If a person is declared PO then whenever you land in India the customs department will stop you from entering the country and they will inform the police of the city where the case is pending. Later, you will be handed over to the local police.

Once, a person is declared to be PO, getting a bail for a such a person is next to impossible.

Hello from your query it seems that the husband is absconding. If the court has issued look out circular and non bailable warrant is also issued, if still accused do not appear before the court. Court will proceed and proceed to declare accused as proclaimed offender and another FIR shall be filed under section 174A IPC and proclaimed offender will be arrested at first instance. If accused has Indian passport Indian Counselate shall be informed and notice can be served through them. Similarly it shall be for maintenance case. If there is any other case like domestic violence etc you shall be proceeded exparte and execution proceedings can be initiated.
