You can file for divorce either on cruelty or mutual grounds. Or go for one judicial separation and give it time for the marriage to heal and go for counselling in the mean. If possible do intimate your own people who can help you get through this difficult time.

Hello,
You should lodge an FIR in the local police station. Then can file a case under domestic violence Act claiming compensation and maintenance. Though, this type of cases should be discussed in detail for better legal advice.

U must first lodge a complaint with the local police stations of both the houses which is ur parents house and matrimonial home lies, then opt for domestic violence and maintenance case which would pressurise him to file mutual divorce, even if husband not earning he is bound to maintain wife as galore of judgements are there.

you being a School Teacher take passion before take any decision. But as per your version, your husband is not a responsible person at all. Therefore, if he return you ask him whether he interested to continue Marriage tie with you being husband and wife and spend equal share for spend every expenditure of your matrimonial life otherwise, you openly told him to take strong decision against him. I think if you talk such type of words, either he will return the right track or in other work, it is your time to take decision whether you will continue this relation with him or not.
