We need to take divorce we don't need to live together

I am recently married 7 months ago forcefully me and my wife fillnaly our parents are accept to take divorce now how can get divorce immediately?

hi for applying divorce you need to wait for 1 year from the date of marriage and on what grounds are seeking for mariage like cruelty, desertion and harassement etc and also after attending counselling sessions by the authorities before going for divorce
