We met for marriage but he deceive me for money and not return money .

We met in matrimony side after some days he demanded money bcz his mother operation then again 3 month later he taken personal lone in my name.we didn't get married.now he was block my no .and not one word said to return money..so in that condition what I do ? I want to solve this issue? He used money last 4 year but till not return give me proper guidance

Well, you can file case of Cheating against this Man, who committed fraud with you and as such, you can get him arrested. In order to recover your money from him, you need to file a Civil Case apart from a Criminal one.

Well, you can lodge a FIR against this Man by filing a Police Complaint who cheated you and defrauded you. You can also lodge a case in Civil Court directly to recover your money from him, if you have evidences
