We have not taken divorce but mother not allowing to meet my son.

Hindu My wife left home fighting with my child and didn't come to home for 15 days. On 16th day my son asked he wants to meet mother and then he said he will come back by next day. But my wife and her family stopped my child and not allowing me to meet my son. Its almost one month. They are not answering my calls so I sent what's app message they have read the message but still they are not replying. How can I get help in this . I am desperate to meet my child. His age will be 9 years by Ma24.

hello, in this matter both has the equal right on child if thinks solve easily then not a big issue or if she is not willing to send the child then you can send a legal notice after also she doesn't reply then you can file child custody case in your concern family court.
