hi if the consent of marriage is obtained by force or coercion then you could file petition for annulement of marriage in concerned court and could say that the marriage is voidable and not valid one

If both partners (i.e, both wife and husband) are interested in resolution of marriage, then you are free to apply for mutual divorce as per your wish after a certain period as per law.
