Min 168 notice mention that section 351 (2), 351,324(४) ? So what should reply to police ?

please specify your question properly whether it is pertaining to divorce law or whether it is Section 324 of the Bhartiya nyaya sanhita. in any case you have to appear before the court if the summons say. Only after reading the summons I can say what is to be done
