We didn't consummate our marriage and I was living in the sane marriage compromised from 12 years. I had twins through IVF in 2018. We had complete differences now and I no longer wanted to live with him in the sane house. If I file for divorce, is it 100% sure that kids will be with me only?

hi yes you can get custody of the children of the twins by filing in coirt as they are minors and usually the courts grant custody to the mother in these cases and you could also for divorce on grounds of cruelty
