We are NRI, Hindus & got daughter married to well settled family. we spent around 60Lacs. Son in law wanted to emigrate & was trying so we decided to get my daughter married to him. After marriage we came back & daughter applied for spouse visa for husband. Took longer than expected due to Ukraine war. Me & wife came to visit India in October 22 and Son in law came back with us. He went back to India in January 23. This we noticed in 2 months of him living here.1) severe mood swingsn2) Zero communication - Daughter and son in law live in separate house but he wont communicate with hern3) Clinical signs of depression n4) Social, emotional and cognitive disorder - No emotional intelligencennMy daughter got pregnant in Dec 22. He flew back to India. My daughter can't deal with the stress so decided on divorce. We feel the family cheated us by not disclosing his conditions. We asked if he has any issues so that we can treat here but they deny. can we put cheating, compensation case.
