Sir meine 2017 meine affidavit pe Divorce liya tha iske Baad ladke ne shadi kar li and ek beta hai uske ..ab mujhe jaldi Divorce ki decree chaiyen kya meine 6 months ke period Ko wave off karvaa Sakti hun

Hi , affidavit par divorce valid nahi hota..Aap ko court mein divorce apply Karna padta hai ..Agar aapko alag rehte hue 1.5 saal de zyada ho Gaye hai to aap cooling off period waive off kara sakte Hain …

first of all there is no divorce on affidavit. Yes, you can move an application in the Court regarding wave of cooling period of six months to get the divorce decree stating reasons after filing mutual divorce

Yes you can waive it off… No cooling period required. Contact for consultation, also provide your affidavit for better understanding of case. There is no requirement of cooling period in this matter.
