Warrant (RC is about to be issued in a week) husband applied mediation

Hi, Crpc 125 warrants will be issued next week husband applied for mediation.Is this a delay tactics or he needs to pay during the mediation process. He will waste time in mediation and not pay maintenace which is fixed but he is not paying.he is not following orders. Can I apply for warrant during meditation meetings also. How to deal with this.. even if I want to stay together but I want financial security first how to proceed further for this.

oppose the mediation or if u agree for mediation then approach the court that court ordered to your husband for submit the pending dues and after transfer the file in mediation center. if he is not agree then prayer ftom the court dismissed the mediation proceedings and send him behind the bar
