Wants to file divorce against husband on ground of affair

if i have no evidnce of my husband's affair how can i sue a file against?
On grounds of adultery the area family law Judge can be referred for an amicable settlement. First mediation can be done to find grounds of separation or mutual divorce with consent. Without going into further details I cannot advise further.

You may file a suit for divorce u/s. 13 h m act against your husband on grounds of adultery and cruelty.Filing of suit is not barred. But you have to substantiate your allegation during trial by adducing evidence.
