Want's to file divorce after 1 month of marriage due to personal issue

I'm newly married it's been 1month since then.but I want to end this marriage . As I'm unable to adjust according to their family norms . Their thoughts are different from mine. I also don't feel comfortable not any attachment or attraction towards my husband. Can I get divorce if yes then on what basis I should file divorce

Hi Good Morning, As you mentioned that, You got married 1 month ago. As per law or Hindu marriage act. at least one year have to complete then anyone can proceed for Divorce. But in exceptional condition court can grant Divorce before completion of one year.
