If you both are willing to divorce then you may file divorce petition by mutual consent. And within six or seven month you may get the decree for divorce. But for mutual divorce petition both party must be agree for divorce.

You can file a mutual divorce if your husband is ready for the same. Mutual divorce takes six months for the decree of divorce but your husbands consent would br required for the same. Has the case filed your husband still pending.

Dear client if you both are agree to live seperate and want to dissolve your marriage go for divorce by mutual consent. It takes atleast 6 months to disslovd the marriage.

If your husband does not want divorce from you abd you having the facts and circumstances that leads to disslove the marriage then go for divorce pettition under sec 13 of HMA

generally divorce cases takes six to eight months time or in few circumstances it may take more than that but divorce case can not take a time period of 2 years . if the divorce case was filed in 2015 thus it should have been decided . to decide the case expeditiously you can file an Application under section 21 B of Hindu Marriage Act.

if you are not working, your application for maintenance should be allowed within time. You can file divorce petition on the ground of mutual consent if your husband is ready for the same, it will take six months to get divorce.
