Wants clarification on desertion as ground of divorce

In Feb 2014 I got married after few months my wife started going her home frequently and reason is "mera dum ghuta hai yha" whenever I contact her father and tell him my wife problem and my position he always denied all the things and he already decided that my family and me harassing her daughter. So I fail to Seattle my married life. In Dec 16 my wife got pregnent and in Aug 17 we have a baby boy. From the first day she don't love my baby.. due to this again she went her home .. when my baby 28 days. So again I trying to contact her father and relatives to save my baby's life so she can come back to home. After 40 days she came back to my home. She always said due to this baby spoiled my life. Meanwhile she again and again go to her home.. finally she go to her home on 23 March 17 and till date she is her father's home. I thing also like to tell you while she pregnant we know the she having psychological treatment from 2003 but her father don't tell us anything about her illness ..

Sir you can file divorce petition under section 13 of hindu marriage Act on ground of mental cruelty and as in your wife is suffering from physiological problem you can also this ground for seeking divorce.

U can obtain the decree of divorce on.the .ground of desertion as well as on the ground of cruelty and also on the ground of.mental ailment.. There can be more ground for divorce.Do you.have the documents about her illness

You can file a petition for divorce in a competent court under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of desertion by your spouse in which you can also add the ground of cruelty by wife the additional facts which you can include in your pleadings include non disclosure of medical history of your wife her behaviour towards the child me also add to the ground of cruelty by your spouse
