Want to send legal notice to my wife as she not leaving in my home

My spouse not live in my house, she abuse me and my parents, I have pay her Rs 30000 per month for maintenance of her and child, but now she came my office and leveled some fake alligation due to which my professional life destroy and i am filling very upset. What i can do. Please guide me.
You can file a civil injunction petition under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC to restrain your spouse from visiting your workplace or making defamatory statements. Additionally, under Section 18 of the Domestic Violence Act, seek a protection order to prevent harassment and interference in your personal and professional life. If false criminal allegations are made, file a petition under Section 482 CrPC in the High Court to quash them. Lastly, if needed, file a defamation suit to address reputational harm.
