Want to know the Wife income details

My wife filed maintenance case , i want to submit her income details , she said once working as a teacher in private school, can i get her salary details through RTI. Or any other option to check salary and income assets

today Saturday filing of a maintenance case the wife should provide all the details of Assets and liabilities by the way of affidavit which is the mandatory provision fixed by the Supreme Court of India and the same a husband also should file the answers and liabilities after diet before the court so it is the ordinary course of procedure both the person should file that income

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly you cannot file an RTI to know the income tax of an individual, you can file the petition to the same family court requesting to furnish the source of income for your wife, thank you, you can call me for further clarifications
