Want to know the divorce procedures and child custody details? My kid is 5 years old and my husband is not ready to handover her over to me. He demands our daughter's custody for giving divorce. Could you let me know who the mother will get the child? He is giving me mental stress and I couldn't adjust to him. nThanks.

you can file both divorce and child custody case before the concerned court.. the divorce procedure starts from the filing of divorce petition. first stage is filing. then service of summons, response etc... the mother gets the child custody. for more details contact me directly
