How do I know whether my wife has already divorce/married before marriage by her government ID's. Is there something that I can search for.

Well, you can contact her Relatives, Neighbours, friends to figure out, whether, your wife was already married before your married her. You can check records of the concerned Marriage Registrar, Temple/Church/Mosque Records, before which, she could have married.
