Want to know about the Sec 9 and DV sec 12 act

My wife has filed case against my divorce case which is sec 9 and dv act sec 12. I want to know will I have any advantage over these 2 cases as the cases which my wife has filed against me are completely different on one side she is saying I want to go to husband house and on other side she is saying DV has been happened against her at my home. which is not true
Sorry to know about your situation. Whatever may be the allegations, you got to respond to them before the court when your wife has filed case. You may put your side there, the caes will take time to reach to the logical conclusions, but you got to contest it properly.
