Want to get marry with Muslim boy & to know court marriage procedure

Dear Sir / MadamMy self Aparna Mhamunkar & is divorced. Now, I want to get marry with Muslim boy (Mr. Vaseem Shaikh) who is already married & having 3 yrs little boy.Is it possible to get marry with him??? If yes, then want to know the procedure for court marriageThanks & Regards,nAparna Mhamunkar

You can marry with a Married Muslim Man either by converting from your Religion to Islam or by getting married with him under the Special Marriage Act. If you are marrying with him under Special Marriage Act, then that Muslim BF of your's has to give Divorce to his first wife.

Dear Queriest as per your query you have mentioned that you want to marry a Muslim guy who is already married and you are a divorcee, in such case legally marrying a married person is not valid. if you want to marry him then it is suggested you to convert yourself and then get married to a that Muslim guy. for more information about the same kindly contact me.
