Want to get divorced from my husband and get Custody of my 2 years old

My husband is abusing, cursing my family and using such word no woman can hear that. Domestic violence, mental harrasment domestic harrasment tourchering kindly let me know how can I get divorced I have previous noc for domestic violence. I have 2 years girl and my husband want to separate me from my baby I want divorce and Custody of baby too.
You need to file a divorce petition and seek protection of your daughter against the husband from the Court. Also, if the violence continues you can file domestic violence also. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

you may approach the Family Court for seeking divorce. Considering your case, you may file Domestic Violence Complaint as well as FIR under 498A IPC.

Well, you first send him a Legal Notice of Divorce. If he agrees, well and good. If he does not agree, then, you can file a Unilateral Case of Divorce under the concerned provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, if you are a Hindu.
