Want to file for divorce n keep child custody n how to claim alimony.


22-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
After marriage we were supposed to live in Bangalore but due to COVID got stuck in in laws home town , from then my in laws used to criticize by their words regarding marriage dowry n all. N my husband is not planning to come to Bangalore or any place to support my career n not ready to take care of baby. I am fed-up by their domestic voilnace n cheap behaviour done to me by talking false allegations on small things also. My husband is least bothered about my emotional n mental health

hi if you want to file for divorce then you could file it in on grounds of cruelty and harassement and if you want maintenance then you could file it on the ground of not taking care of the baby and also you could file petition for child custody in court
