Want to file counter cases against my wife & need Divorce.

Sir am suffering with matrimonial cases from past 8 yrs, my wife had filed false cases against me because I denied to live in her house as a Ghar Damad . This is the only basic goal of her.Now Maintenance case had disposed by granting maintenance.DVC is at for crossing status for me, Dowry case is under trail . She is demanding very High alimony for 1 time settlement and blackmailing me.I want to file counter cases & need Divorce from her .

hi if you want file cases on her then you could file petition for divorce kn grounds of physical and mental cruelty and that she had been causing mental harassement and on other groumds and could obtain relief from court
