Want to file a mutual divorce and want to send a legal divorce notice

Religion: Hindu. nMarried for 3 years. Want to divorce as there have been lots of problems from my husband and his family in the last one and a half years.

if your husband will be amenable for mutual divorce, then you may opt for that or in case if your husband is providing you will that, you have to file petition seeking divorce after alleging all the atrocities committed by him to you

you can file Divorce petition before the family court . if your husband is willing for the same then it will be a easy job by filing mutual divorce petition. documents required marriage certificate, id proof and passport size photos
