Want to file a case of divorce on the basis of cruelty

I'm going to file devorce in the basis of cruelty.fake cases and section 9 in favour of me..So want to ask now wha t is the processer of Court in it and how much time to.take for devorce..If she comes to defend how much time and if she can't come to defend how much time I suffer in it..Thanks.. Reply please
Dear, if on your part you want to file divorce petition you have to prove cruelty. And section 9 is mainly useful for women. On other hand if she came for defend you have to pay mantaince. It also need 1 year separation for divorce thank you

You can file a divorce petition. Section 9 filed by your wife will run simultaneously. Try hard to decide criminal case like 498a against you immediately, if criminal case is in your favour that will help in your divorce as well as section 9 case.
