You can file a divorce petition. Section 9 filed by your wife will run simultaneously. Try hard to decide criminal case like 498a against you immediately, if criminal case is in your favour that will help in your divorce as well as section 9 case. On the ground of mental cruelty you have to give a divorce notice to your wife before she filled any proper complaint before police and send her all her striyan and all belongings, also give maintenance to your wife and your child.
Q: Can victim claim compensation for accident after 2 months
I was driving car on wrong side of Road as the road on right side was not built properly.Suddenly a bike from right side comes in crossing and hit with my car.I tried to save them but they got hit from my car and for saving them my car also bangs into the wall from left side. They were two people not wearing helmet.Now after 2 months they asking me claim or they are saying they will lodge police case. I want to know in this situation will insuarnace company will pay the money as my car policy is covered with 3rd party insuarance. Will my car will be kept by police. please put some light on this case. thanks in Adavance.
