Want to divorce my wife who is living with me

I want to divorce my wife. Married for 17 years. having 2 daughters and mother. We all 5 living in the same house in Ghaziabad. My wife harresses my mother and use abusive language against me. How to divorce and how much time will it take to move her out from my house.

Agar aapki wife aapki family mein aapki mother yah aapke bacche ko Pareshan Karti Hain aur aapke pass evidence hai ki Aage aap apni life apni wife ke sath nahi chala sakte hain to best ground Lekar aap apni wife se divorce Le sakte hain

अपनी माँ बाप को परेशान करती अलग रहने के लिए बोलती है माँ बाप को मानसिक उत्पीड़न करती है और मर जाने की धमकी देती है झूठा केस में फसाने की धमकी देती है ये सब ग्राउंड ले लो ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए एपी मुझे कॉल कर सकता है या ऐप मेरे कार्यालय पीआर आकर अपने समस्या का समाधान कर सकता है
