Want to case file against my wife parents for child marriage and

My arrange is done with minor girl ..
Marriage date is Dec 2018 ...at the time my age is 23 and her age is 18 as per the documents ..
And marriage done ...
After we got lot of misunderstanding and even she doesn't said her actual age after one baby boy her family gave multiple documents in in that also her age is not clear when I keep on question my mother in law she said yes my daughter is age 16 marriage time.
Then only I said I need divorce ..due multiple reason.
okay I understand your questions so you need Divorce from your wife right yes it is possible but you have a cruslity ground and desertion ground it is important. so you have one baby right that custody also important so if you want to jh e custody or y our wife want after the filing of Diborce petition you can take a mediation in family court and take a disition of settlement also and required some documents to court like marriage photo wedding card o D proof of Banglore is court required
