divorce can be filed in two ways firstly if both parties agree that is the husband and wife both agree to get divorced they can file a mutual consent divorce in the court however if one party does not agree then a case for divorce also known as contested divorce can be filed in the court please feel free to contact me in case of any queries

There are basically 2 types of divorce. 1. In which one party agrees but other dont. - This divorce is granted on specifics grounds like physical abuse, mental abuse, adultery etc. as per the law. And other type is mutual divorce where both party agrees to it. In some cases the divorce accompanied with Maintenance application and petition and also CAW Cell and domestic violence. You should talk to Advocate for detail understanding of the court how to persue the case.
