After 2 years of marriage you are eligible for filing for divorce,What you have planned about custody of your daughter ? Have you spoken to your wife about the illegal affair , have you shown her the recording of their conversation. You can file for divorce in district or fmily court depending on where u live.

Dear sir,
You can file a petition for decree of divorce on adultery ground before Family court. But in between that is your duty to give maintance to your daughter for her daily needs and these procedures will take nearly 1 year to complete.

Ans: you can file a complaint against her and seek for divorce on the said ground.
