It's my intercaste (SC - OBC) love marriage after 7 years of relationship. In laws have a caste issues. Started teasing over caste. Mental harrasment.
Inappropriate behaviour. Husband's behaviour. Contacts with prostitutes. Past affairs. Even after many warnings, didn't see a change in his behaviour. In laws are known abt this but instead of warning him, they're blaming me for all the circumstances. Husband slapped me many times and use abusive words.No responsibility towards my 1 yr old baby.
Hello you can simply file a case of domestic violence against your in laws and husband for abusing and beating you along with claim of maintenance for you and your child in local magistrate court , you can start with sending him legal notice for stopping such behaviour
