Want Info regarding a petition under annulment act 19

Recently we had a court marriage in presence of our families and was arranged but religious ritual of marraige was 6 months after . Suddenly after two months my partner is denying for the marriage and told her family that she doesn't want to marry and as a result the girls family has filled a petition under annulment act 19 . My partners family asked me not to appear in court for hearing nor they go, So how court will cancel this without our appearnce, n2 dates pased stag of hearing is apprnce

Hi Good Afternoon, As you mention that you marriage is already registered. and now your file Annulment and she is trying to nullify this marriage. but you can use various legal options again your wife and her family. and if you can file restitution of conjugal rights under section 9. where you can put proper pressure against her. for more details and querries then call us and visit our website.
