Want divorce from wife for marrying me without divorce

Hi I got married 19months back and recently I came to know that my wife married me without taking divorce she got separated from her first husband for about 8-9 years then Married me without divorce decree in anger I raised hand on her and she been to women’s safety wing and stating as dowry harassment but no case filed upon me yet I’ve mentally depressed and attempted suicide twice now I can’t stay with her anymore but we have a baby boy of 8months how can I get out of this relationship

hi you could file a petition for annulement of marriage on the ground that she had not disclosed the fact that she did not take any divorce earlier and she could be tried for bigamy or else you could file for divorce
