Want divorce from my husband who beat me and try to murder

Sir i married with Bishwajit Patra pashim madnipur west Bengal.Now I am living in Delhi from 2011 with my son. My husband not working and not leave with us. I am working for leaving. I don't have any support from my husband. He comes my home and do misbehave with me and my jewellery and money taken from me forcefully. Two times he tried murder attempt. Now I want divorce from him. Please guide me what I can do.

you can start with filing case of domestic violence against your husband and claim protection from him along with maintenance. you can also file for divorce on grounds of cruelty. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your son. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file Divorce against your husband on the ground of cruelty. Also, you can file a domestic violence case and the court will grant you monthly maintenance from your husband. You can also report this matter to the police for a police complaint. there are many laws & rights for you. Consult an advocate and proceed accordingly

You can file a divorce petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of cruelty and desertion here in Delhi. Engage a lawyer and brief him about your case. He will help you in filing a divorce petition.
