You can file a petition in the family court for divorce under various grounds proscribed under the law. Grounds for divorce is completely depends up on the fact and circumstance of each case.
Probably you need to get in touch with a lawyer for the same

try going to a marriage counsellor seek expert advice on working out your marriage, if it does not work, then decide to obtain a divorce.
In order to obtain divorce you must have been living separately for a minimum period of at least 1 year, you can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty, non compatibility, unable to conceive or on grounds of unsound mind.
In order to go for divorce it is better to discuss the issue with your parents, because you will need their moral support atleast after obtaining divorce.

What makes you say "nothing is fine ". Please specify reasons as to why you feel the marriage hasn't been working. In other words, what were the acts on the part of your husband, which you feel should've been different? What acts on the other hand would've made it work? S. 13 provides the ground for Divorce, which includes Desertion, Adultery and Cruelty, Irretrievable break down of Marriage, etc. You must contact a Family Counsellor, try to make your marriage work. If you are suffering from any acts of Cruelty, physically or mentally or financially, you may have to invoke provisions of the PWDV Act.
