Want divorce from husband for cheating/Betrayal in marriage/Infidelity

My husband has committed adultery with many women.He cheated on me and betrayed .He is not ready to accept it or admit it.Upon confronting him his still doing the same behind my back..What evidences are acceptable? What proofs are accepted by court?I am a catholic woman with no kids.I am working lady.Its almost 3 years for my marriage. Am I entitled to any compensation in such a case???what are my rights in such a situation??

Hello I have perused your query. In such circumstances you can file a divorce petition on the ground of adultery in the court of competent jurisdiction.
