Want clarification on my child's claim over my property after divorce

I am a Muslim and have been married for 15 years and have 2 childerns aged 14 and 11 years old. Now my wife doesn't want to stay in relationship anymore and says u can take from me Khulanama which is divorce and marry someone else. She says i will keep the children with myself and u can carry on. My question is in case of mutual divorce childrens in future do they can claim any type of share in the property since the children is with her for the last 2 years. How to solve this kind of divorce and what all we can mention in paper at the time of mutual divorce. pls. clarify so that i can eradicate in full, so that no problems in future.
