Voilence,abuse, threats of legal action by wife & in laws

After 23 yrears of happy married life, wife & in laws are mentally & physicaly harassing. Have expelled husband from matrimonial house, confiscated all personal belongings,gold, jwellery, purchased by husband from his hard earned money and forcing him to give divorce willingly or else treatening (wife & in laws) of legal action against husband under 498a and other laws which are meant for protection of women. Husband is helpless & not able to decide as to what action he can take legaly

File an FIR against them as it will give u protection from any false cases registered against him in future. Get an FIR registered for confiscating/looting the gold,etc . U can file a writ also seeking protection from any arrest or false FIR.
