Visiting rights for abusive father

My husband beats and abuses me when I tell him to stop talking to girl ( who says I am his wife)in her office ,now I want to file for divorce, as I am charging domestic violence case will he still have visitation rights for kids

yes he can have visitation rights but you can object to the same if you hve sufficient proof to show before the court that his conduct is such which is harmful for the child and therefore visitation should be denied.
