We got mutual consent divorce decree in Dec 2015. She stayed with me till April 2019.nWe've two children, son 23 & daughter 14, who since birth loved me more.nNow since 25 May they've shifted to new house which I've no idea where is, as she has blocked every way to connect with them. nSir I love my children very very much & came to know that the law and lawyer can get me permission to meet my children.nPlease help me meet my children.

You can meet your children irrespective of what type of divorce you got. Since your son is a major, you need not have any permission to meet him if he is willing to do so. However, for your daughter you need to have a court order wherein the holidays, time and everything is considered for visiting the child. For more clarification or assistance regarding the same, you may get in touch with me. Thank you.

Yes, I can seek Visitation Rights for you from Court, so that, you can meet your children. If you want, I can apply a Petition in Court to seek Permanent Custody, so that, you can get permanent access to your children.
