Video conferencing facility in Family court

I am a software engineer based out of Bangalore. My wife and I had applied and signed a mutual separation in the year 2019 in the month of December at Kozhikode family court. The subsequent hearing was scheduled for June 2020. But in the beginning of the year 2020, my wife traveled to Europe on job. And due the pandemic situation, she couldn’t make it to the June 2020 appointment at the court. We gave an appeal and moved the dates to December 2020. Since the COVID situation has not got better, my wife is still overseas. And I came to know that Kozhikode family court does not have video conferencing facility yet. I wanted to know if the Bangalore family court has video conferencing facility, so that I could move the case from Kozhikode to Bangalore and get the divorce finalised without much delay. Both my wife and I are Hindus.

Hello you need to withdraw the petition filed in khozikode Court thereafter file in bangalore family court. Yes karnataka courts have video conferencing facility. Please feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard in karnataka or need assistance to appoint Advocate in bangalore

Dear Sir, If you want to transfer the case to Bengaluru you have to go to Supreme Court and it will take time. Better approach your High Court and get a direction that video conference may be arranged at your cost in the same Court. You may discuss the matter with me by taking paid consultancy through any known website.
