Very aggressive and violent wife

I got marriede seven years ago .My wife is a mental patient but is reluctant to visit a Psychiatrist . She keeps torturing me and my parents physically and mentally frequently . Can I get divorce on this ground and get custody of my six years old son ? I am a govt serviceman and my wife is a housewife .

dear client as per your query divorce is of two types mutual and contested in mutual divorce both parties agree and on contested divorce only one party agrees after divorce you need to apply for custody of the child if you want
