I'm 32y/f with 2.6y daughter. My husband is abroad now, he's pressuring me to stay with his parents while they are not ready even to accept me and they have previously abused me and my parents. They had also borrowed cash from parents on the assurance that they will return in a year. Now he's continuously torturing me and verbally abusing me and my parents and also defaming me.

Mariages are for companionship and sharing love between spouses. In your case it appears that your husband is abroad and your in laws are harrasing and absing you. Even your husband is asking you to suffer it silently and even forcing you to live with them. This is a clear case of domestic violence. When you suffer it automatically it also affects your 2.5 year old child and her mental health. It is a serious concern . So immediately you may warn your husband that you will file a police complaint against your inlaws if they continue their abuse otherwise he must let you stay in your house. Still if he is not taking any action immediately file a complaint for domestic violence with police . Usually in such situation police will act as a mediator and will help you to solve your case in a peaceful manner. You may also file a private petition in Magistrate court for domestic violence.
