Verbal abuse because of which I am in depression.. plz suggest somethi

My sister in law abuses me everything and i m in depression because of her..nI want to complaint a file against her..nPlease suggest what should i do

If you are getting unnecessary harassment from your sister-in-laws then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station or CAW cell according to your jurisdiction. And if the situation is unsecure for you and want to go legal then you can also file a complaint under the DV act before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The verbal abuse is a kind of domestic violence for which a case under section 12 of the domestic violence act may be filed before the mahila court of your concerned jurisdiction and simultaneously a complaint with the CAW cell can be filed for getting an FIR lodged against her. You need to hire sb advocate to draft police complaint in this regard and before the same you must collect all evidence like records (audio or video), without evidences it will be no use ! Better do your homework
