Validity of second marriage before first marriage divorce is finalised

I got married in the court in 2010 due to some issues I wanted to get divorced from my wife. We wanted to go for mutual divorce. I signed the papers but my wife did not sign and demanded for money. I somehow gave her some amount still she was not satisfied and refused to sign the papers. So I filed for a divorce from her. Only once she attended the court proceedings after that she did not turn up so I had to file an ex parte order against her. Now in 2019 I got married again in collectors office in Indore jurisdiction. I want to know if this second marriage is valid or no. I'm a catholic and I did not get married to both of them in the church.

If you have exparte order in restitution petition, how you can marry as that one is not divorce petition. Unless and until you are not divorced how your Second marriage is valid. You have to take decree of divorce.

if that divorce pitition is disposed with ex party order then only your second marrage is legal. your cast and your marrage type does not affect validily of marrage but you status affect your marrage validily if you have order of divorce then you second marriage is legal and valid
